Boss & Ray Brewery (1855-1867)
In 1855 Christian Boss and David Ray purchased the brewery from Peter Jonte, renaming it the Boss and Ray Brewery. By 1858 Christian Boss had purchased David Ray’s half of the brewery then becoming the Christian Boss Brewery.
