| Metcalf/Attee/Disney Brewery (1829-1845)
William Metcalf opened the brewery in 1829, and was joined a year later by partner William Attee. As of 1884 Metcalf was again the sole proprietor of the brewery. Family members William Disney Jr. in 1836, and William Metcalf Jr. in 1840, joined the business. They sold the business in 1845 to John W. Harries. |
