Muelller & Cosgrove/Congress Brewery  (1856-1874)

Ferdinand Mueller and Christian Cosgrove took over the Fortmann/Bavarian Brewery and renamed it the Congress Brewery. The brewery operated until 1874, at which time Mueller and Cosgrove shifted their focus to other professions involving the brewing trade.
